By submitting your items for valuation, you agree to the following terms:

1. Offers


  • All offers are based solely on the information and photos you provide.

  • Offers are non-binding until we have physically inspected your items.

  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw an offer if the condition differs from the original submission.

2. Sending Your Items


  • If you accept our offer, you are responsible for packaging your items securely.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging.

  • Please include your Submission ID with your parcel.

3. Inspection


  • Once your items arrive, we will inspect them to confirm they match the submitted description and photographs.

  • If everything matches, your original offer will be honoured.

  • If there are significant differences, we may provide a revised offer or return the items.

4. Payment


  • Payment will only be made after inspection has been completed.

  • Payments are normally sent within 1–2 working days of approval.

  • Payment will be made to the sort code and account number given during your acceptance.

5. Returning Items


  • If you decline a revised offer, we can return your items to you.

  • Return postage may be payable by the seller unless otherwise agreed.

6. Counterfeit Items


  • We do not purchase counterfeit, replica or stolen goods.

  • Any items suspected of being counterfeit may be returned or dealt with in accordance with applicable law.

7. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse to purchase any item at our discretion.
